OUR VISIONARY FOUNDER

Rashae Doyle

MPAS, PA-C

Rashae Doyle MPAS, PA-C is a National Board Certified Physician Assistant with 20 years of experience in medical aesthetics and skincare. She received her undergraduate degree from Georgia State University, Magna Cum Laude and a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida.

Her journey began as a surgical and clinical physician assistant in the specialty of dermatology where she discovered her passion for aesthetics. She has worked alongside leading dermatologists and plastic surgeons to establish a solid foundation and knowledge of the skin’s structure and anatomy. These skills have helped her to hone her craft as an injector and given her the recognition as an expert in the industry. Her passion, experience, and expertise in the industry has helped her to become recognized as one of the elite national Allergan and Galderma trainers for more than 15 years of her career.

Rashae felt like there was something missing in the approach to medical aesthetics. Her vision was to create a modern space where facial aesthetics and superior service are the focus. BevelUP was the fruition of that dream. She saw an opportunity to start her own business and offer services that are tailored and curated to help instill confidence in her clients. “From the moment, a guest walks into BevelUp, our personalized approach will make them feel good about their treatment experience, but even better about their results when they leave”. Maria Mosos
MPAS, PA-C

Maria Mosos MPAS, PA-C is a National Board Certified Physician Assistant with 8 years of experience in medical aesthetics. She graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Health Science from the University of Florida, and a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Savannah.

She has always had a passion for skin and aesthetics. She has worked in the field of dermatology for 10 years which allowed her the variety of patients and procedures she enjoys. She has been hyper-focused on advancing her aesthetic skills over the last few years by attending specialized trainings with experts all around the country and world.

Roxanne Ramos
APRN, FNP-C

Roxanne is a board certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University receiving a Bachelors in Science of Nursing (BSN), and received her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of South Florida. Roxy has over 10 years of experience with a background in Emergency Medicine and Regenerative Medicine. 

Her true passion has always been her love for aesthetic medicine. Roxy believes all patients deserve to feel and look like the healthiest, most natural version of themselves. She is humbled to assist so many patients by increasing their confidence and self-appreciation.  Roxy’s foundational ethics are driven by the most up-to-date and safest injecting techniques. To further expand her knowledge she continues to educate herself by attending trainings and conferences making her dedicated to delivering remarkable results to each patient. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their Boston Terrier, Benji. They love boating, traveling, and spending time with their loved ones.

Jasmine is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and is extremely knowledgeable in clinical skin care. She has been formally trained in Vivace RF Microneedling, PlasmaMD, HydraFacial, Dermaplane, chemical resurfacing, and more. She follows a results-driven approach when treating patients with cutting edge treatments and continues to stay up-to-date on the newest and most effective skin care products. Jasmine adores her patients and thrives on helping them achieve their skin goals!

Lana Saba, LME

Lana comes with 15 years experience in the beauty and skin health industry. Her background includes makeup and skincare and she has a passion for helping people attain the skin of their dreams. Lana became a licensed aesthetician in 2009 and wants to share her wealth of knowledge and experience to help others achieve their best skin ever.  While she has a wide range of skill sets her specialty is transforming problematic skin into radiant glowing skin. Some examples of what she can address for you are: hyperpigmentation, acne and anti-aging.  While correction is a specialty of hers she also loves to pamper. She aims to create luxurious experience for each person in her hands while getting amazing results.

Nicole Kassay, LME

Nicole has spent 14 years as a makeup artist and skin care business manager. She has worked with Chanel and other luxury brands. She is obsessed with all things skincare and aesthetics related which led her to pursue the aesthetics field as a career and then ultimately getting her aestheticians license. She graduated Deans List and says it was the best decision she’s ever made for her career growth and loved every minute of it. She enjoys connecting with her clients and giving them undivided attention, specific to their personal skincare goals.

Luxury service is like second nature to her and being a part of the BevelUp team will give her the opportunity to serve you! Microneedling, Hyrafacials and chemical peels are just a few of her favorite procedures to perform for fantastic results. Nicole is always learning new techniques to keep her clients looking and feeling their personal best! She is certified in VIVACE RF, microneedling, advanced PRX protocol and an acne specialist in Face Reality as well as advanced Hydrafacial education. DR. TONY WATT

Dr. Tony Watt was born and raised in Hartland, Wisconsin. He attended Marquette University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Biomedical Science and a minor in Physics. Dr. Watt spent four years studying medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where he was accepted into the most competitive Residency there is – Plastic Surgery. Dr. Watt spent six years working on his Plastic Surgery Residency specializing in all things plastics at The University of South Florida.

Dr. Watt believes that natural and long-lasting results can only be achieved through true surgical expertise and a dedicated lifelong passion for both learning and teaching the art of aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He has become known throughout Florida and the Tampa Bay area for having particular expertise in Breast Augmentation and advanced Breast Revision procedures, HD Liposuction, Tummy Tucks, as well as his Neck and Face Lifts.

Brooke Deaton APRN, FNP-C is a National Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. With 14 years of healthcare experience and specialized trainings with world-renowned physicians, Brooke brings expertise and passion to BevellJp. She focuses on connecting with her patients, understanding their goals, and providing detailed aesthetic plans to meet their individual needs.

Her passion for safety and patient education ensures top-tier aesthetic care. Brooke has undergone extensive training and is skilled in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, laser, and light therapy. Her creativity and skill set translates into meticulous, personalized treatments that enhance natural beauty while prioritizing her patients' well-being.

Kate Guscette MPAS, PA-C is a National Board Certified Physician Associate. She received her Masters of Science in Physician Associate Studies with High Honors from South University, and also a Bachelors of Science degree with Magna Cum Laude Honors from The University of Central Florida. Her passion, and keen and meticulous eye for art, combined with years of experience working in medical dermatology, enables Kate to bring her aesthetic skills and techniques to the next level. She's undergone extensive trainings alongside world-renowned clinicians to learn and deeply appreciate anatomy through cadaver labs, in order to master neuromodulators (tox), dermal fillers, biostimulators, and skin and laser treatments.

Aside from her advanced skill, her genuine love and compassion for all of her patients is what sets her apart! She will always prioritize science, anatomy, patient education and comfort, to ensure you're receiving the highest quality of care and the best experience. She's passionate about medical grade skin care and non-invasive preventative treatments to preserve youthful glowing skin, and to enhance your natural beauty.
