Immediately following your Kybella® treatment, you may experience some swelling, tenderness, and bruising in your treated area. Although the tenderness and bruising subsides after a few days, the swelling tends to last a few weeks. Swelling is a normal part of the process. Kybella® takes several weeks to take effect in the body and may take 3 to 6 treatments in order to see your desired results.
